Fan Haichao, professor and doctoral advisor of School of Economics, Fudan University is one of the top young talents in the National High-level personnel of special support program of the fourth Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee. According to the RePEc data (based on the publication in recent 10 years), Dr. Fan is the top 5% of economists in the world. His academic achievements have been published in top academic journals such as Review of Economics and Statistics, Journal of International Economics, Economic Journal, Journal of Development Economics and Review of Economic Dynamics. He was awarded Zhang Peigang Development Economics Award (Young Scholar Award) and Pushan Award for Excellent Papers on International Economics. Currently, he is deputy editor in chief of Economic Modelling, editor in charge of world economic review, and editor of special issue of Economic Systems, Journal of Economic Survey.
